I have had so many people ask me if I will put on a "mommy" workshop.  This is for amiture photographers only.  It will be held on August 31st, from 10-1.  Do you want to know how to use your camera better?  How to engage with your subjects?  How to find the best light?  Bring your point and shoot, your dsl, or your poloroid.  Each person will get one-on-one time with me and your camera to cover and explain settings.  It will be a GREAT time, and you will walk away knowing more about how to capute great images of your friends and family.  The fee is $75.00 and I must have at least 5 attendees to hold the class.  So call your girlfriends and let's party!

Family Pics…

I am hoping that we had the last winter snowstorm, and so I had to get out there this weekend and get some family pictures taken.  It is NOT my favorite thing to do.  My 2 year old is SOOO a 2 year old, and my 6 year old thinks that it is so funny to pull funny faces.  OH IT MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL!  Maybe that is why I only do weddings – I can not handle the kid thing!  I am super impatient!

Anyway, a BIG thank you to our friend Mark who did our pics.  He did a fantastic job and was so good with our kids.  I owe you Mark!!!

Here are the highlights!  I am hoping for a “perfect” family picture one day.  I am just going to have to wait until my kiddos get a bit older!

In fact I haven't taken pics of my boys for a 'pro' shoot in 3 years cause they just TICK ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried last December to do a family pic of ALL of us in Colorado even with my in-laws & lets just say...I won't do that again for a LONG LONG while! My family drives me BATTY with pics so I stopped trying :-( I have NO patience either! Love that pouty pic of your daughter though!!!!!! Cute fam my dear!
