YEA, IT IS HERE. I am so excited to announce the next mentor ship opportunity. We had a great time this spring with a great group of photographers. There are a few notes from them below!
Date: October 22-24
Place: Norther Utah
ITINERARY
October 22nd. Arrive and enjoy a meet and greet party. Spend time getting to know one another. The first day we will cover marketing, pricing, and websites. Each attendee will have a 1 on 1 opportunity to analyze price and do a full website/blog critique.
-You will leave with a full kit of all of my 2010 marketing packages in full presentation. You will also receive a full kit with forms and files.
October 23rd. Organization of office, bride, business, self, and your books. Post production and time management. We will also cover a unit on continued education, motivation, inspiration, and networking. We will end that evening with an instructional night time shoot where you can see a full session play out. You will see me shoot a model and set up lighting, and go over settings, posing, client interaction, and I will demonstrate everything I do and you will see how I make it happen with a live model on location.
-You will receive all of the folders, files, stickers, and forms both physical copies as well as digital copies.
October 24th. Camera day! We will go over in depth a discussion of technical camera review. The ends and outs of each camera. What does what, where it is, and how I use it. We will go over everything in my camera bag, and your camera bag as well. That will be followed by a full model shoot where you can put into place everything you have learned in a dynamic and fun way. Myself and assistant will be there to help with camera settings and exposure, positioning, and posing. Following the shoot we will send the entire evening doing first and full editing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
There will be a strong emphasis on how to run a business. As a wife, and a mother, and a business owner that is a lot to juggle, and I will give you practical solutions do doing it all successfully. I will teach you the ins and outs and the daily systems that I have in place to manage everything I do. We will cover A LOT of material, we have a lot of fun, and you will walk away with a lot of “fun stuff”! There is not another accumulative workshop out there. I am passionate about what I do, and I love to show you how to turn your passion into reality and to live your dream the way that I live mine!
ACCOMMODATIONS
Lodging and food are provided as well as all model fees associated with any shoot are included.

This is an interactive opportunity. A NO HOLDS BACK chance to dive into my business and my life. My main goal is to help you succeed!
A full 3 day event (October 22 through 24)
STIPULATIONS
You can NOT be a within 1 1/2 hours of Cache Valley area to participate (sorry, but I still have to make a living. I can’t tell my competition all of my secrets).
Each photographer is responsible to make their own travel accommodations to and from the workshop.
THE PRICE
The full price of the mentor ship for this full 3 day, 3 night event is $1000.00. A $500.00 deposit is required to hold your space in the mentor ship and again it is based on a first come first serve basis. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the mentor ship (October 8, 2009).

Mentoring with Kellee was the best investment I have ever made for my business. I focused so much on the creative side of my photography that the business side was really lacking. Kellee helped me completely overhaul my organization, workflow, pricing and marketing, which has allowed me to actually keep up on my work. Also, i can honestly say that I am making more money on every session and wedding because of what i learned. Another benefit is that even though Kellee and I have very different styles, all of the material was still 100% applicable to me and my business. Overall, it was truly an invaluable experience.

Kellee is not only my sister and a fabulous photographer but what a lot of people don’t know is that she is an amazing organizer and motivator! If you feel that you are lacking in one or more areas, attending her mentorship will send you home with a renewed attitude and a fresh outlook on life, business and photography.
I loved how detailed your outline was/is and how you took the time to go over everything in it with us, and were completely open to how you run your business. Like you said you held nothing back. I still look at it at least once a week.
Also I loved having model there for a photo shoot. I gained so much from that…to be able to see other’s perspective and techniques. It really helped me get out of my tiny box! 
My mentorship with Moments by Kellee was such an incredible and one of a kind experience. Kellee is an amazing photographer and teacher, and with her business degree, you get the best of both worlds! I came away with so many tools and invaluable information to help me grow my photography business.
